BACKGROUND

This will be used by the sales team and the marketing managers in presentations within and outside the company. We will need to produce in multiple languages. Secondary usage on-air.

AUDIENCE

The primary audience will often be unfamiliar with the channel. They will usually not have English as a first language.

THOUGHT

We need to communicate the range of History content that we provide and the importance of the main content pillars that we are programming: military history, ancient civilisations and evergreen subjects such as conspiracy and biblical history. The channel ‘brings history to life’. We need to be intriguiong and entertaining but also authoritative and wide-ranging.
