WHO are we targeting?
Our core audience who are addicted to learning new insights and new information about 20th century history, with a specific focus on events surrounding World War 2. Conspiracy theorists who will like the cover-up aspects touched on in these shows and those with an open mind will really enjoy this alternate take on history with solid facts to back up the compelling revelatory ideas.
WHAT do we want to communicate?
To understand the facts, we must look at events in a different way. The 20th century saw the most sweeping developments for mankind in the history of recorded time. From the monumental and great to the tragic and deplorable. We all have a received understanding of events, which are hard to change, despite compelling evidence and arguments. This is a series that brings new information to the table and sheds new light on some of the key moments and most influential individuals from the past 100 years. Using archive footage and expert testimony we return to post WWII Germany and look at how the country was de-Nazified. Has History harshly judged Ronald Reagan? To what extend was the decolonisation of Britain handled? Just how neutral were Switzerland in WWII? And Operation Overload is accepted as a huge victory for the Allies that began the real beginning of the end for Hitler’s war – but at what real cost was this achieved?
