We combine production craft with strategic insight to create ready-to-publish formats and effective campaigns that strengthen public profiles, sharpen messaging, and reach the intended audiences. We approach every project with critical thinking, integrity, and care, keeping the process transparent, the work creative, and the context culturally aware.
Mariusz Majchrowski
Founder & Creative Director

Mariusz began his career in branded content and short documentaries, producing work that promoted investment in London and highlighted community issues. Over time, he took on a wide range of production roles, including producer, director, camera operator and editor. His work has featured prominent figures connected to 10 Downing Street, including Tony Blair, Boris Johnson and senior government officials, as well as filmmakers such as Danny Boyle, Kevin Brownlow and Mike Figgis.
At BBC Worldwide, now BBC Studios, Mariusz worked in a global broadcast environment where stories had to be shaped, positioned and brought to mass audiences with clarity and purpose. As a Promo Producer, he developed promotional materials for major titles including Top Gear and Gordon Ramsay’s early series. He later managed the BBC Brit and BBC Earth YouTube channels for Poland, strengthening his knowledge of digital publishing, audience development and platform strategy.
At AMC, Mariusz wrote, produced and directed work for on-air and digital platforms, developing promotional ideas and campaign materials for major international titles including Mad Men and The Walking Dead. This expanded his experience in creative promotion, audience engagement and campaign delivery.
He has also served as a judge at the Promax Awards, reviewing promos and trailers from around the world. His work with film festivals, including FrightFest, together with his background in production, promotion and audience engagement, reflects a broad creative range and the ability to work effectively across different areas of the media industry.
Magda Ceron
Executive Producer & Head of Production

Magda has more than 10 years of production management experience, overseeing projects from development through to delivery across documentaries, factual entertainment, commercials, music videos, and live broadcast. She has worked with leading platforms and broadcasters including the BBC, Sky Arts, Channel 4, and Netflix.
She has organised TV commercials for major brands such as Hitachi, Google, Sainsbury’s, Paperchase, Tesco, Diet Coke, and Amazon Prime, and has managed the production of music videos and live broadcasts for flagship events including the Mercury Prize and the BRIT Awards.
Her background in production management led naturally into long-form content, particularly music documentaries. Her credits include collaborations with Brian Johnson and Stewart Copeland, as well as work on acclaimed titles and series including Life Cinematic, Jazz 625: The British Jazz Explosion, Loving Elvis, and the Netflix series I’m a Killer.
Alongside her work in broadcast and long-form production, she also has experience managing production across YouTube content pipelines, overseeing workflows, delivery schedules, designed for consistent future publishing. This has strengthened her understanding of digital-first production, scalable content operations, and efficient delivery across high-volume output.
With production experience across Europe and the United States, Magda combines a versatile skill set with a trusted network of teams to deliver productions across different formats, territories, and production environments.
